360° Labour Mobility

Building bridges and paving the way for successful integration

The German labor market is currently suffering from an acute shortage of skilled workers. If the right levers are not set in motion in good time, according to the forecast of the Institute for Labor Market and Occupational Research (IAB), Germany expects a deficit of 7 million urgently needed skilled workers on the labor market by 2035.

The immigration of skilled workers offers a promising solution to this problem. In order for this to succeed in the long term, 360° Labor Mobility offers a holistic solution for the sustainable integration of skilled workers from third countries in the German labor market. The program not only enables the rapid acquisition of targeted, qualified specialists from third countries, but also offers all-inclusive support for the specialists in order to manage the relevant procedural issues and exploit their potential on the German labor market. Our program is based on a strong alliance with over 15 competent partners working in close cooperation towards a common goal.

Administrative support

We provide information about legal entry perspectives and support with preparatory measures in the countries of origin, including language acquisition and pre-integration.

We also offer administrative support by assisting with the application process in Germany, including overcoming the bureaucratic hurdles.

The advantages of our program and the alliance that we have established are that our concept creates added value for all those involved. Because thanks to our holistic approach, the authorities and employers are relieved of lengthy procedures, the specialists can concentrate on maximizing their potential on the labor market, and the countries of origin participate in the circulation of knowledge.

The 6 keys to success

360° Labor Mobility offers a holistic solution for the sustainable integration of skilled workers from third countries in the German labor market.

The program not only enables the rapid acquisition of targeted, qualified specialists from third countries, but also offers all-inclusive support for the specialists in order to manage the relevant procedural issues and exploit their potential on the German labor market.

Our alliance

Our alliance and close cooperation are crucial to achieve our goal together.

By joining forces and sharing our resources as individuals with different strengths and weaknesses, and as organizations with different focuses, we can tackle bigger challenges and create more effective solutions.

The alliance allows us to share knowledge, experience and expertise, leading to a broader perspective and deeper understanding. By working together, various skills and strengths can be brought in to create synergies and drive innovation.

Together we are stronger and can achieve our goals faster and more effectively.

Brain Circulation

It is of great importance to avoid brain drain and instead focus on brain circulation. Instead of highly qualified specialists migrating from their countries of origin, we should endeavor to expand their prospects in the countries of origin. Close cooperation with companies and the countries of origin is essential for this. By sharing knowledge, technology and business practices, we can create a win-win situation where both the professionals and the countries of origin benefit from working together. These partnerships can help to strengthen the economy in the countries of origin, create jobs and expand local capacities. By focusing on brain circulation, we can ensure that intellectual capital stays in the countries of origin and contributes to sustainable development.

The program

Many of the immigrant professionals are young people looking for new opportunities. For the host country, this means a dynamic development which, if used well, can bring a lot of innovation and growth with it, in the long term. Labor mobility can play an important role in solving skills shortage problems, but it can also be an important driver of technological transformation. The added value of the immigration of skilled workers lies not only in safeguarding the living standards of the host country, but also in safeguarding the performance and competitiveness of the host country.  However, this added value for the host country should not be disproportionate to that of the immigrants themselves and be noticeable added value in their countries of origin. A balanced balance must be created, after which a win-win situation between the actors involved is clearly expressed.  In order to be able to guarantee this, a holistic approach is needed that specifically addresses the specific needs of the respective actors and develops adapted solution sets that adapt to the changing developments of the respective target groups. The challenges and needs on both sides must be reconciled so that the potential of labor mobility can be fully exploited and, above all, so that the skilled workers who have migrated have a realistic and appreciative opportunity to achieve their potential. The 360° LABOR MOBILITY concept is based on the approach that the actors involved in the immigration of skilled workers – host country, countries of origin, migrant organization/diaspora, immigrant skilled workers – value mutual enrichment and an appropriate distribution of responsibility. The focus is not on the work, but on PEOPLE.
